تطبيق هيئة الاتصالات والفضاء والتقنية للخدمات الإلكترونية (النسخة التجريبية)، يمكن من خلاله الاستفادة من عدة خدمات من بينها:
- خدمة أرقامي: إمكانية الاطلاع على كل أرقام الجوالات والخدمات المتعلقة بهويته.
- الشكاوى: تقديم ومتابعة شكوى تتعلق بمقدم الخدمة وامكانية تصعيدها.
- العروض المعتمدة: مشاهدة كل عروض وباقات مقدمي الخدمة المعتمدة.
- مقياس: قياس أداء الشبكة الخاصة بك بمقاييس تفصيلية دقيقة.
- البلاغات: يمكن من خلالها إبلاغ الهيئة عن أي استخدام مزعج أو عطل طارئ يخص مقدمي خدمات الاتصالات.
تسجيل طلبات توفير خدمة اتصالات: تتيح خدمة تسجيل طلبات توفير خدمة اتصالات للمستخدمين الاستعلام عن خدمات الاتصالات المتوفرة لأي موقع يحدده مستخدم الخدمة، وتتيح للمستخدم تسجيل طلبات توفير الخدمة للمواقع التي لا تتوفر بها خدمات اتصالات.
