NIvedhana app empowers citizens to report and track progress of grievances. With Nivedhana, citizens can:
1. Report grievances in 15 categories.
2. Track progress of the grievance.
3. Know the grievance officer working on the grievance
4. View grievances reported by others
5. Give feedback after the grievance is resolved.
Currently available for Jogulamba Gadwal and Bhadhradri Kothagudam Districts, Telangana, as an initiative of the Collectorate of Jogulamba District.
