This app is designed for providing self-care service to Shatel Mobile operator users. In order to use this app; user just needs to own/create its Shatel Mobile self-care account (username is user’s National ID) and its self-care password and sign into the app to have access to below self-care features:

Accounts information and package subscription for all SIM cards owned by one individual at a glance
Viewing remaining balance and remaining data, voice and SMS packages and viewing detailed usage history

Activation or deactivation of following services: voice message service, voice call suspension (divided by incoming, outgoing, international, entertainment, notification, outbound roaming, inbound roaming calls), call waiting, call conference, data roaming, incoming and outgoing SMS, voice services, missed called alert, call forwarding configuration to another phone number (divided by forwarding all the incoming calls or forwarding incoming calls in case of callee-busy or no response or out of coverage), 3G internet data service, 4G internet data service.
