The Group Travel Videos app is designed to provide a private, secure and easy way for a group to share their photos traveling on a trip together. No email addresses are needed, nor access to your contacts, phone number or a requirement to log into a social media account.
We also have a convenient safety feature that allows the group leader to geo-track the travelers who have the app on their smartphone, and gives them the ability to message through the app. Travelers no longer need to exchange phone numbers to text a message or to share photos. A connection to the Internet is required. For international travelers, use free WIFI to avoid expensive cellular data charges.
There is also a document sharing feature where all the travelers have access to important information like the itinerary, passenger lists, assignments, and more. Use Word Docs, PDF, or Excel spreadsheets. All the tools a group needs when traveling together.
Family at home can follow along on the trip virtually by seeing photos as they are uploaded in real time. Provides peace of mind for parents at home who's young students may be traveling away from home without them for the first time.
After the trip, we make a fun, storytelling video made from the photos. The video, and the photos, will be available for the travelers to see on their phones, tablets, or computers.
