This application teaches the basics about depression symptoms, diagnosis, causes, and treatment through interactive quizzes and mini lessons with video, audio, and text. This application has been shown in an IRB-approved study to be more effective at increasing depression knowledge and lowering depression stigma compared to a comparable paper brochure.
