This app adds two shortcuts in launcher to turn wifi on / off.
I am using this with https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.gemini.init, and turning wifi on / off when screen is unlock / off. Ex.

Now this app provides six shortcuts.
Wifi On, turns on wifi when AP is off.
Wifi Off, turns off wifi when AP is off.
Wifi Ap On, turns on wifi ap when AP is off.
Wifi Ap Off, turns off wifi ap when AP is off.
Wifi Force On, turns on wifi. This shortcut has different behaviors on different machines. It may turn off AP and turn on wifi, or may have no effect.
Wifi Force Off, turns off wifi and AP. On different machines, It may turn off both AP and wifi, or may have no effect if AP is on.
