App ASECCSS: una herramienta tecnológica a su alcance
Para facilitar la manera de realizar sus consultas, la Asociación Solidarista de Empleados de la Caja Costarricense de Seguro Social (ASECCSS) tiene a disposición de los asociados la aplicación que se llama ASECCSS, la cual es muy fácil de usar y le permite verificar diversas gestiones.
Para enterarse de todas sus ventajas, le invitamos a descargarla desde Google Play en el celular o tableta, y verá un gran ahorro de tiempo al realizar las gestiones desde la comodidad de su hogar.
¿Cuáles servicios le brinda la aplicación?
- Posibilidad de hacer recargas telefónicas y pago de servicios públicos y privados.
- Consulta de los movimientos de la tarjeta ASECCSS Débito Gold.
- Consulta y liquidación de excedentes y fondos de ahorros extraordinarios.
- Activación de rebajo automático de excedentes.
- Opción de enviar a su correo el estado de cuenta.
- Liquidación de los puntos CashBack generados por el uso de la tarjeta ASECCSS Débito Gold.
- Matrícula de cuentas de ASECCSS Débito Gold (otras cuentas solo se matriculan en la PSL).
- Efectuar transferencias a cuentas SINPE (en este caso previamente debe haber matriculado la cuenta desde la PSL) y ASECCSS.
- Verificar la dirección y horario de las Oficinas Regionales.
- Informarse en el icono de publicidad y videos de las Campañas y sorteos.
- Enviar consultas al correo de servicioalasociado@aseccss.com
- Llamar a los ejecutivos de Call Center.
Para ingresar a la aplicación, debe digitar el número de cédula y la contraseña que utiliza en la Plataforma de Servicio en Línea (PSL); y para acceder a la PSL, solicite con anterioridad su tarjeta dinámica con los ejecutivos de servicio (este último es un trámite gratuito).
