The app will be used by DesiMechi Internal Business Development employees, contractual sales staffs to generate leads. The app also enables them to take the servicing request of bikes of the customer.
The app will help Desimechi to carry out the sales and its operations. The same app in future releases will be used by the delivery and pick-up associates, who will pick-up and drop the bikes of the customers from their desired location. The customer will be able to track the pick-up and drop as per the statuses managed from the staff app.
