This app is for everyone, who love to push his limits and compete with others. Try to break your record with every other attempt thus strengthen your body and extend your stamina. You can compete with others using leaderboards and see your progress in graph.
You needn't go to the gym, you don't need any special equipment or difficult exercises. Just do pushups with special counting which forces you to hold in down position (as plank) longer than usual. You will intensively exercise your triceps, chest, shoulders, back and core.
Do this as your normal workout several times and you will see difference in your classic push ups soon.
