Kirsten Hertog created ‘The Kissy Project’ while suffering from Anorexia Nervosa & Binge Eating Disorder to share her journey and motivate other teenagers to believe in recovery. Ever since choosing recovery, Kissy writes in a journal on a daily basis, challenges herself with weekly tasks and is inspired by motivational quotes, videos & songs.
Kissy created ‘The Kissy Project App’ to motivate and support teenagers with an eating disorder, to do the same challenges as she did.
