To use this them use your theme chooser in the launcher

Apex = Menu>Theme settings>Simple Round Metal
Nova = Menu>nova settings>look and feel>icon theme>Simple Round Metal
Holo = Menu>Launcher settings>Appearance setting>Icon pack>Simple Round Metal
ADW = Menu>ADWsettings>Themes>Simple Round Metal
