Premium payments – One can renew their policy, buy third party insurance cover, buy Zinara and ZBC licence.
Claims – Enables clients to submit a claim notification to initiate the claims process, check a claim status and submit documents pertaining to the claim.
Branch locator – Lists OMICO’s branch network including Green zones and other distribution channels and it also gives directions to the nearest branch.
Emergency services – This allows clients to initiate a distress call or get directions to emergency services nearby that include, Hospitals, Police, Ambulance services and Fire Brigade.
Exchange rates – View daily Foreign currency exchange rates and currency calculator (Source: cabs.co.zw).
Help and support – View a list of widely asked questions, contact us by leaving a message or make a call, View Tollgates List and locations and get Road Side Assistance (Road Angels).
