This program allows you to learn the mass index of your body. Besides the mass index, it allows you to find out your ideal weight and which of the weak, normal, overweight and obese categories.
By entering your height and weight (eg 1.71 and 90 for your weight) on the program, you can start the process by selecting your gender. You will see the result in a very short time and you will learn your Body Mass Index (BIM) values.
The program is never intended to give any prior information. The program works with reference values.
