For Your Health offers more than just an incentive program for Lasso Healthcare members. It also gives you access to:

• An helpful health blog led by a board-certified physician, certified medical director and geriatric medicine expert.
• Members-only social media communities with dedicated groups for people with diabetes, heart failure and chronic lung diseases to help them manage their conditions.
• Wellness and preventive information like individual care plans, preventive care reminders, health alerts, wellness events, healthy recipes, ideas on controlling out-of-pocket medical costs and more.
• Great perks like discounts on eyewear and hearing aids!

Lasso Healthcare MSA is an MSA with a Medicare contract. Enrollment in Lasso Healthcare MSA depends on contract renewal. The For Your Health Program is subject to change.
