This is a custom Battery Tile for the Android Quick Settings Panel. Not all devices come with this Tile (such as the Galaxy S7) and this tile has a few more features such as:
- Shows percentage
- Displays charging source whether its USB or Wireless charging
- Tile will show the discharging page for your device's battery
