Telecommunications Staff College (TSC), Gazipur – is the apex Telecom training institution of BTCL. TSC was established in 1986. As an in-house training institution of BTCL, TSC has conducted 2-year long telecom training for all the BCS (Telecom) cadre officers for the last 30 years. Recently, TSC has successfully conducted 4 Foundation Training Courses (FTCs) namely T-60 FTC, T-61 FTC, T-62 FTC, T-63 & T-64 FTC in joint collaboration with MoPA & BPATC for total 370 cadre officers of 14 different BCS cadres.

(FTC) is the compulsory course for all newly recruited public servants of Bangladesh. Under supervision of the Director General, with advising of the Course Advisor (CA), The Course Management Team (CMT) comprises of one Course Director (CD) and four Course Coordinators (CC) conducts the FTC.
T64th Foundation Training Course is the fifth success of TSC as conducting FTC. T64th Batch comprises with 84 cadres from 10 different cadres and participants from Bangladesh Judicial Service. The six month long FTC was started on 24th May and ended up on 19th November.
