  Frustrating! Can't use the app. When you phone in to tell them you have a problem, their system is offline. And they wonder why people don't like telkom. Fix your system.

  Only 1 star because I can't give it 0. I can't link my account, so I can't do anything on the app. I can't get assistance from Telkom. They keep ending the online chat. When we are on the phone, the call keeps cutting out. No one wants to help. If trash was an ISP, it would be telkom.

  Terrible. U have to use the specific Telkom sim to view ur balance. I want to check my data balance whether I'm on Telkom network or not, it must recognise my accounts via my cellphone numbers, all of them as long as I'm using the App. I cant view data balances while connected via WIFI. Not impressed.

  The app used to work great. Since last week it kept recurring a problem when trying to retrieve my info. I have re installed. Shows the same error message. Was quite handy when it used to work

  Just installed the app to try and track my mobile number so I can see what's always taking my airtime without any valid reason but the app doesn't work it closes unexpectedly.... I'm not happy with Telkom's service recently.
