The App requires the IDS X-Series or IDS 806 alarm panel, Fidelity ADT Hub Communication device and Fidelity ADT SecureHome subscription.
Features include:
- Secure multi-site management from your smart phone - no need to go to the site!
- Full arm, stay arm, and disarm abilities as set up by the installer
- Zone Bypass function to handle problematic zones when you're out of reach
- User management, including zone and partition naming, as well as the ability to set, edit, suspend, or delete user access rights
- Real-time notifications - know what is happening as it happens!
- "Make a Call" function for contacting your monitoring company or critical contacts in the event of emergencies or false alarm activations

  The app was working fine until the recent update, now I do not receive notifications when my property is armed or disarmed. Phone needs to be unlocked to get notifications, I have ensured that the app setting works in the background and notification pop up, but still do not receive any. This was supposed to be a security app but is such a waste of time!

  App has failed to maintain viability. Does not work or arm the system!!

  This is the third occasion I have tried to deactivate my alarm using the app from outside my house. After a 15 minute call to the call centre they tell me they will send an email to the owner of the App. I cannot sit outside my house waiting to deactivate an alarm and then go through phone calls to get proper assistance. This is supposed to enhance security. Dont waste your money.

  After battling to install the app for 2 weeks it worked OK. Now trying to reinstall on new phone similar problems. If you can manage without it, no so.
