  This app provides no value if you are looking to pass the exam. This app's mock exam is the only relevant part, with only 40 unique questions. Free external sources helped me pass their exam. This app did not help at all. My certification means nothing if this is how serious ITIL is about their own guiding principles. They did not focus on value or keeping it simple. There is irrelevant content for passing the exam and the only relevant part has better, free alternatives.

  I used this app to prepare for my exam as the teacher recommended to use this. What a big shocked when I sat the exam and I missed so many topics because of this app, for example KPI, SLA which is big in ITIL. Only 1% of the questions in here were on the test. I passed the exam, but I wouldn't waste my money buying this. Use the free versions one instead and do mock up exams from different sources is my only advice.

  I completed a mock test but I mistakenly closed the app and wasn't able to go back to review my answers submitted. There should be an option for this.

  The study card is good. But basically if u based on the mock exam to pass your exam. Forget about it. The question is repetitive and not much variation. And it's not coming out in the real exam. Almost fail my exam. Piece of advice. Don't buy this app. Go online find some mock exam question is better.
