-Internet access (To connect to the stats website and retrieve statistics)
-Accessing the network state (To show when the app won't work)
New features:
-Allow people to set a minimum amount of players to be online before being notified
-Allow people to set a refresh rate for the server data collected
Bug fixes:
-Fixed a bug that would cause the refresh rate and thus the sound effects to go haywire on rotating the screen
