Do Less invites you to do less.
Simply press the button, it will disappear, and you will level up.
As you level up, it will take longer and longer for the button to reappear.
So ... what is going on here then? Well, this game is offering you an opportunity to reflect and think about things, while simultaneously keeping you focused with a game. Instead of just wasting your free time playing stressful games, you are now free to relax and spend this time with yourself instead.
Maybe eventually you will simply decide that you do not need this app at all, uninstall it, put down your phone, step outside and kiss a tree.
There's an in-app purchase to unlock levels beyond 10. It's perfectly playable without it, just less of a challenge.

  When i first got this game i thought that i had nothing to lose but time. In the end it wasnt what I lost, but what I gained. See... I used to have a condition with my genitals. I was just never able to get aroused. But after playing this game I understand true sexual pleasure. Thank you so much.
