Description of slidecontrol - Open-Source Google Slides Remote

This app was created by two German students seeking a reliable and free system to control their Google Slides presentations remotely.
We feature viewing speaker's notes for the active slide, switching slides, dark-mode by default and, of course, a real-time laser pointer to add some *pew* *pew* to your presentation.
Using slidecontrol is as easy as making scrambled eggs 🥚. Just hold your phone in front of the generated QR code and it all syncs up magically.
Slidecontrol works by setting up a communication between the mobile-oriented web application (this app) and a presentation opened on your computer. Every new presentation gets a code generated which then is entered on your phone. Afterwards, that presentation can be controlled in real-time from anywhere.
Slidecontrol is 100% open-source and released under the LGPL-3.0 License (https://github.com/m4r1vs/slidecontrol/blob/master/LICENSE). More information about the code is available at http://sc.niveri.xyz/about/code
