SPL Intelligent System (SPLIS) is a football management system for Saudi Pro League (SPL). The SPLIS Mobile App is an extension of the system complementing and extending the use case of SPLIS in the mobile environment.
SPLIS Mobile App allows Match Commissioners, Media Coordinators, General Coordinators, Referees and Team Managers to enter and submit relavent data pertaining to the football matches held by SPL.
