  New user, just signed up on 22 Aug. The data usage not given real time & misleading users. Subscribe 1GB for RM8, end up bill charged RM30.30 from 22 Aug -31 Aug. Besides,I cannot see where is my MCO free data 1GB has been used even had subscribed. Very disappointed to this services providers & this App.

  Inaccurated data reading between the app and it's system by sending text that told my internet data reached up limit already differ to the redONE 1App reading which showed i still got 4G data balance. I'd reported this before, seem it's happened again this month (26 Aug '20). Very usefull app as it's can being forwarding it as proof to make a complaint or report to redONE nor to MCMC too. 5 stars for it
