is multi-service App that representsa one
in the field of social accountability and integrates communication channels and geographic information systems (GPS). It is a direct method of communication.Through this app ,the citizens of the Republic of Yemen and the target society of the activities and programs of the SFD can report their complaints or express their views and send them to call centers of Social Development Fund and all its branches spread over the Yemeni regions to take the necessary procedures on them and determine the application of the location on the basis of the interactive map it provides.
