  Not easy to use at first and if you do not update often, it is a faff trying to remember how to connect and can be interrupted by other Bluetooth connections so, I make sure the other devices are switched off. Once you have completed the update you feel relieved. I would improve it further by creating a Near Field Communication connection, as this works great with my LG washer/dryer and the information is transferred instantaneously. Bluetooth is getting old hat and doesn't always connect.

  Absolute rubbish. If I could give -ve stars I would. Doesn't work on Android, doesn't work on iOS, doesn't work on Mac either. Premium price, rubbish kit and software.

  App only seems to update one country at a time. If I select more than one update region it freezes. I need to update one at a time and then reinstall app to update next one.

  dont work on new Samsung note .so have too use p.c pointless feature. let's hope they update .I understand it's hard as new phones change etc .
