"U-Prox mobile config" serves to setup U-Prox family access controllers and readers

1. Added support for the new U-Prox CLC G80 control panel.
2. Added U-Prox CLC G80 learning mode:
Now, the control panel can store unknown identifiers in memory and grant them access. The learning mode's duration can be configured from the application.
3. Added the ability to retrieve the latest firmware versions from the cloud for control panel updates.
4. Transition to Android API 33 completed.
