** I recommend first to install the free version of
Dual SIM Dialer
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=mk.dimitar.dualsimdialer.free before you buy this application. If free app works without a problem then this app will sure work on your device.
Now you don't need to choose the sim every time while making a call.
With one click on your saved contact card or widget and you will dial a saved contact.
You can choose the name and phone number from contacts stored in the phone, sim or synced from Gmail account.
You can import SIM contacts all at once by choosing >>Import SIM contacts
To add a widget:
First you have to choose default SIM for a contact in the app so you can choose it when creating the widget.
Long click on empty space in your launcher >> choose widgets >> find Dual SIM Dialer Pro and drag and drop the widget into empty space.
It will ask you to chose a contact for the widget.
Aaaand that's it :).
Now you can call numbers by simply clicking on a widget.

  Hi thank you for the response. Its does not need to be saved. have a look at Nabin Bhandari Dual Sim Dialer and Widget. You need a dialing widget as well, to choose which sim to dial without saving a contact, not every number you dial needs to be saved to contact. If you had a widget like this , this APP would be great :)

  This app has a risk to dial assigned numbers when one of the two sim cards is off. So when I assign a contact to sim2 but sim2 is off without me noticing then your app will still dial the number with sim1. That's a huge risk. Please fix it. Regarding your update: which sim card is it dialing from when the assigned sim card is switched off? This is not a theory it is a feedback on an existing issue. My suggestion: in case the assigned number is off, your app shouldn't allow the call at all.
