Electronic Logistics Management Information System (eLMIS) is an integrated software for supply chain management of health commodities for the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP) managed by Logistics Management Section under Management Division for Department of Health Services.
eLMIS is solely owned by Government of Nepal.
eLMIS implementation is technically supported by Global Health Supply Chain – Procurement and Supply Management Project (GHSC-PSM) project of United States Agency for Internal Development (USAID).
Bileeta Pvt. Ltd. Having address of Colombo, Sri Lanka is technical implementation partner for eLMIS subcontracted through GHSC-PSM. eLMIS adopts the software solution developed by Bileeta Pvt. Ltd.
