Description of UT61E Toolkit - Multimeter Logging over Bluetooth

This app allows to connect over Bluettooth 4.0 with the UNI-T UT61E multimeter. It works with a common bluetooth module inside the case, simply powered by the regulated 3.3V and direct connection to the serial port of the chipset, like described here:

Note: The location permission is required to allow scanning for Bluetooth devices, the app does not use location data in any way.
