This is a camera app that has some simple filters.
The following filters are available on the current version.
RGB Adder: Add colors on the image like overlaying a transparent film.
Pass Filter: Extract specified color and the other colors are converted to gray scale.
Brightness: Change contrast and brightness.
Inverter: Invert the color.
