How does Mobiezy - Customer App work ?
1. Download Mobiezy - Customer App on your phone
2. Open the App & Enter your Phone Number
3. Upon successful login, you can find the list of Subscriptions
4. Select the relevant subscription and do the needful
Note : If you are unable to login, please check with your respective Cable Operator and/or Fitness Center
How to make Online Payment ?
1. Login to Mobiezy - Customer App
2. Select the relevant subscription
3. You will see "Bill Details"
4. Click on "Pay Now"
5. Select the payment mode & complete the transaction

  First it shows the total amount to be paid and after entering the payment option it'll include the convenience fee. But in this app they didn't mentioned anywhere about the convenience fee. Worst payment app.

  The old version was better. This version is horrible. The payments not getting reflected on the database. I paid cable charges last month. But this time it is showing charge as if the last month is not paid.

  The payment log does not show amount inclusive of Taxes and addl convinience fees. Den TV forces consumers payment thru this app only making mobiezy a monopoly in payments area. Bill history don't work. Mibiezy Company Indiscriminately increases Convinience charges without any notice. Complaint raised is limited to one, You don't get to see the status. It's an app designed for making a fast buck at the expense of hapless customers who are forced to use this app by cable TV providers.

  Its one of the worst service, despite paying fees, still message of subscription. No one picking phone. Totally useless service and support. Soon will go alternative cable provider.
