نظام المراسلات الإلكترونية مكتبي طُور ليوفر نظاماً آمناً ومتيناً لإرسال ونقل المراسلات (المخاطبات الرسمية) بين كافة الإدارات والدوائر والأقسام بمجلس الشؤون الإدارية للقضاء والجهات التابعة لها من محاكم وغيرها. ويمكن للجهات الدخول إلى النظام لإرسال المراسلات الصادرة مباشرةً إلى الجهات المعنية بطريقة سهلة وآمنة. ويتيح النظام للجهات إمكانية متابعة المراسلات المرسلة ومعرفة اسم المستلم مع الوقت والتاريخ.
