iPhone Text Notifications replicates the iPhone's popular "Slide To Unlock" SMS feature on your Android device without attempting to replace the default lock screen or messaging application. This lightweight app displays incoming SMS and MMS messages anytime your screen is locked, and it allows you to swipe to unlock the phone to the corresponding message thread. User preferences allow you to specify how the app will handle incoming messages, including whether or not the screen will automatically turn on, if the lock screen will be bypassed, and if the message text will be displayed on the lock screen. Multiple unread messages are handled in the same fashion as iPhone, with the app expanding to full screen while displaying each unique message. While the app is active, the rest of the screen is disabled, meaning you don't have to worry about errant presses when in your pocket.
