Spot a pothole? Driving to work and notice a stop sign is missing? Bixby Connect Mobile app gives citizens an easier way to report issues around the Bixby community. It also allows citizens to stay connected with city staff on the progress of their requests. Bixby Mobile Connect allows users to attach a photograph. The app also utilizes adjustable GPS for clearer reporting. Citizens can report multiple types of issues, view other user’s previous and active status reports. Citizens will also find quick links to Frequently Asked Questions, Utility Payments and various other services offered by the City of Bixby.
This release includes organizational filters including:
* Assigned to me (any Requests that have been assigned to you as a member of the organization)
* Due Date
* Geography
* Assignee
For organization members with appropriate roles, they will now be
able to view "Private" Requests when they sign in with their
membership credentials.
Also included is organization selection when users are members of
multiple organizations and map view improvements that curate Requests
based on your organization.
