  Not allowing to apply for half pay leave, and for casual leave also I can not select Headquarter start and headquarter end date on holiday. As govt is always starting a digital initiative but not maintaining or updating properly. However govt is pushing such projects on papers only and employees like me are very disappointed due to such a bad attitude of govt.
