Apex settings > Theme settings

Nova Settings > Look and feel > Icon Theme
ADW Launcher:
MENU > More > ADWSettings > Themes Preferences > Select your theme
Holo Launcher:
Holo settings > appearance settings > icons pack
Go Launcher:
Preferences > Visual Settings > Icons >
uncheck icon base, change icon size at default and select icon pack in Icon style settings
