  As said in the app, it's possible to do online check-in for domestic flights from Hanoi, Danang and Saigon but in reality, it completely doesn't work. Always check-in not available.

  Opened app - forces auto update - signed up for membership but required activation code - nothing came by email or sms message Useless app ... you need to work on your user interface ... not customer friendly and the 40sec name at beginning is waste to valuable time.

  AWFUL. DO NOT BOOK with vietjet. I and many others have had our money taken due to their faulty software. When this happens you have little chance of getting it back as the customer service will stone wall you. read reviews on here, on tripadvisor, on trustpilot, look at the comments on the facebook wall of people stuck without any service returned to them - countless booking failures where people have lost their money. Additionally they have baggage scams, all flights are delayed, staff are rude and you have no way to get justice back with these people. read the reviews and you will see how much trouble they are for so many people. do not go near these people.
