  Absolute rubbish. After my initial review they said reach out to support. I have sent emails since the beginning of September to no avail. Until I mentioned reporting to Google for fraud. Then they responded asking for a screenshot of my balance and which gc I wanted. That was 3 weeks ago and still no gift card. All this runaround and outright lies to get out of paying $5 🙄. Don't waste your time with this one. Used to payout easily. Not anymore!

  My frustration is in this app is so much bad now like you have played too much and been sending emails to customer support team but yet nothing is happening when i just want is to get my 20$amazon gift card that I have earned patiently. When can I actually get it to me coz you are too good of an App to be a false hope. 1 star for now and will update.

  Here's the truth. 1st, of these types of apps or games this one is one of the best. But, if they don't pay you the app/game is worthless. 1st time to redeem, it stated I had to contact customer support.I did, and they were fairly timely in replying and paying. 2nd time it's now been weeks and nothing from customer support after being told that I must once again contact them 2 get paid. So stay tuned, I will update you if they pay. If not dont play. They never investigated, scam.Fake good reviews

  No problems getting gift cards in the past. Now you have to contact customer service. They replied and asked for a few things to redeem my gift card. Have not received it yet. Will update UPDATE: Contacted customer service again, no response. They suck! They can update the app so they still get paid for us to watch ads though.

  Has anyone be able to get a hold of customer service? Been reaching out and trying to redeem to get gift cards for a few weeks now.. nothing. Things were going smoothly, and changed my rating to 2 stars.. Update: two weeks later and three emails later, still no response. Well, I did get a couple of emails asking to rate the support I (didn't) receive. 2nd update: I like this app. I like the games. What I don't like is waiting 2 weeks for customer service to respond.

  As for a scratch and point app, it does what it says it will do. I have already cash in for a $25 gift card (and unlike some others like apps, the Amazon card was in stock). The points seem to add quicker than some other apps (I had been on this app for about 6 months, cash in for $25 gift card, and almost at a $5 card now).
