The locomotive possessed no GUI and you also couldn't add the cart to the locomotive. The first idea was to truly have a controllable driven minecart where you could take a seat. The mod received very much support that it was made a decision to continue the experience and add a lot more locomotives and carts. Now Traincraft has a bit more than 70 locomotives, carts, and other moving products as well as much crafting machines and blocks.
