Type-X was formed on September 10, 1995 (by the name of Head Master).
Type-X is currently composed of six personnel, namely tresno riadi (vocals), Micky (bass), Yoss (guitar), Arie Hardjo (drums), Billy (guitar), and Anto (trombone).
