Description of SailDroid Pro

Pro version of the successful Saildroid App for sailing, powerboats, or dinghy:
- Speedometer in knots, mph or km/h, Course over Ground
- Position
- Mark or edit waypoints
- Import Waypoints from gpx file
- Distance measurement in nautical miles and meters. Also useful for anchoring.
- Course to Waypoint
- Night mode
All in large, high contrast characters and easy to use. Without the features which are not needed to enjoy sailing.
The pro version adds:
- No Ads!
- Smaller and even slightly faster.
- 500 waypoints instead of 100
- Support the developers

  Just installed. Useful features such as; simple layout, selection of measurement units, large easy to read characters b/w, red on black for night work, grabs a GPS fix rapidly indoors. Betting 5 stars that this one is a winner on the water.

  Excellent app for back up instruments - Rum Line, Course Over Ground & VMG made good. Import & export of waypoints is nice feature and works well with marine nav software. Pro version layout is clean and clear, its a lite package and fast. To improve I would look at the compass feature damping for use at sea and it would be nice to be able to set waypoints into routes.

  Very useful app, the waypoint function is well thought out. Lacks an anchor alarm to be perfect. Technical support very responsive.
