  I've had to uninstall as it just isnt working anymore. cant purchase tickets, cant click on old tickets, cant see how many journeys remaining, just cant do anything other than open the app and look at different tickets available. that's as far as it goes. please sort it out! paying enough to cross a very small strip of water as it is...

  Good app. Works great and it's easy to purchase a new ticket with your credit or debit card, no need for cash. It's much better than having to hold on to the old slip of paper that was the normal ticket as you simply show your phone to the onboard staff to scan. Only issue is that it takes 3 or 4 clicks to see your active ticket. If there was a way to open the app automatically on the active ticket it would be ideal.
