Then, after you start the subliminal session, the application uses both forms: visual subliminal messages are being displayed over your phone screen, and audio subliminals are being played through the phone speakers (or earphones).
If you add Non-English affirmations, please set your language in the Settings section, so the app would be able to properly generate audio messages.
