First, you have to set a frequency. Here there are various frequencies: G9, G#9, A9, A#9, B9, C10, C#10, D10, D#10, E10, F10, F#10, G10, G#10, and A10.
Then you have to select the pitch level. Here there are 4 types of pitch level Thick, Middle, Larger, and Noise.
At last, you have to adjust the sound volume, and then you have to click on the play button to blow the cat repellent whistle. Click on it again to stop the anti-cat sound.
