  Was great before an upgrade took place recently. My kids were on an easy-to-follow system in which they were rewarded for completing small sections, now we're all lost! Also, cant get the app to work on a phone which was my way of keeping my boys off of mindless games during car rides. Now they have to take turns on the computer (when we have access). Hopefully their software is updated soon as everyone seems to be having the same technical issue. Hope this helps - Be safe everyone!!!

  Good program poor execution My son's class uses this for school. The teacher code didn't work and I requested assistance. The first time, they reactivated his code but to the wrong email address. Then when I asked specifically to fix it again (week two of back and forth), I get directions to log on. I know how TF to log onto an App. I. Need. The. Code. Activated. I was forced to get a subscription AND still can't connect to the class, not use it on his tablet. I'm so frustrated and angry.

  I just paid for this from my pc. I can log on and access it from the pc but after I loaded it to my phone and my daughter's tablet it keeps saying "Looks like we're not ready for you yet." But you took my payment and the site stated I could access the app from any device! Not so at this time! I hope I didn't just waste $60!

  I have paid for this app. And have no access to it!!! Still waiting for customer service to get back to me. Can't find a number to call! Wanted this app to help my kids but now I feel like I wasted $60 ! If they resolve this issue I will update this post Update . They have resolved the issue great program. Kids love it
