This utility receives notifications and saves either only the ones used by whatsapp or all notifications. This can be used, for example, to find out the contents of a notification which was deleted by the sender.
Notifications are now displayed on main activity, status is not displayed (user is informed only if there is an error) and user can configure whether he wants to save whatsapp notifications only or all notifications.
