Recovery Master can scan and recover deleted or lost files. Your files are now protected. In the sense that even if you accidentally delete them, they can be easily recovered without any losses. This is very convenient and useful sooner or later, both at work and for home use.
Root rights are required for a complete scan of the volumes.
Without root access, only images from the application cache - temporary files created when the system is working (mostly compressed copies of the originals, but sometimes you can find good quality photos in them) will be scanned.
