You can use it inside and outside during all trainings with intervals or other timed repetition
Basically, this is how it works :
- swipe left or right to switch between screens or tap top buttons
- on first screen there is main timer which shows time in seconds to the end to Rest or Active intervals, it also shows remaining sets (one set is one Rest and one Active interval)
- on the second screen you will set up your Rest and Active workout phases durations.
Hit “Apply” button to save current settings.
At the end of the workout
score is saved.
- on third screen You can see statistics like date, number of sets and time of all intervals
