You do this by going to Phone number lookup search either by name or by phone number

After Downloading...
Install
Grant the necessary permissions required to proceed. Click the grayish icon, Subscribe to the plan that suits you Search by name that needs to be (hidden or spoofed)
Actual information will display, enter the first spoof ID; (name and phone number) and again enter second spoof ID; (name and phone number)
Finally: NB, Make the app a default for changes above to be effected
